How does one allow something like this to happen?
Antonio Brown got himself out of Pittsburgh and into Oakland, who rewarded Brown with a new contract that included $30 million guaranteed.
After doing a bunch of idiotic things including secretly recording Jon Gruden in a phone conversation and threatening to fight Mike Mayock, the Raiders released him.
On that same day, the New England Patriots signed him and it seemed like Brown was put in a much better situation where he could earn back that $30 million.
But after threatening an accuser in a lawsuit filed against him, Brown was released and missed out on a lot of money:
Unless Brown is picked up by another team — that remains unlikely, he misses out on not only 30 million dollars but an opportunity to play for a Super Bowl.
