Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is reportedly playing a “painful” sports hernia injury that will require surgery this offseason, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport:

The 27-year old wide receiver is in the midst of his worst statistical season with just 57 receptions for 805 yards and two touchdowns.
