Broncos Kicker Brandon McManus Celebrated Field Goal By Pretending To Play Quarterback

The Denver Broncos were put in a horrible spot on Sunday as every quarterback on the team’s roster was forced to miss the game against the New Orleans Saints for violating the NFL’s COVID-19 protocols.

The Broncos were forced to start Kendall Hinton – who was an undrafted rookie wide receiver from Wake Forest – at quarterback.

It didn’t go well as Hilton completed just one of nine pass attempted for 13 yards and two interceptions in a 31-3 thrashing by New Orleans. It got so bad that at one point, Broncos kicker Brandon McManus seemed to suggest that maybe he should get a shot under center.

After nailing a 58-yard field-goal, McManus celebrated by pretending to drop back like a quarterback.
