Vic Fangio “Disappointed” In Drew Lock, Broncos QB For Breaking COVID Protocols

Denver Broncos head coach Vic Fangio said he was unhappy with quarterbacks Drew Lock, Brett Rypien and Blake Bortles after all three were ineligible to play in Sunday’s 31-3 loss to the New Orleans Saints because they failed to follow the NFL’s COVID-19 protocols.

With no quarterbacks on the roster, the team turned to undrafted rookie WR Kendall Hinton — who once played QB at Wake Forest — to lead the team.

It didn’t work out well as Hinton went 1 for 9 for 13 yards and two interceptions.
