Ohio State LB K’Vaughan Pope Walks Off Field And Quits Team During Middle Of Game vs Akron

An Ohio State football player straight up walked off the field and quit the team during the middle of Saturday night’s game against Akron.

According to Austin Ward of Letterman Row, Ohio State linebacker K’Vaughan Pope threw his gloves into the stands and stormed off the field. He was reportedly accompanied by a staff member into the locker room:

The now-former Ohio State Buckeyes linebacker appears to have confirmed that he quit the team during the middle of the game.
