Clip Emerges Of Giants Fans Booing The Hell Out Of Owner John Mara During Eli Manning’s Jersey Retirement Ceremony

Giants knew the moment belonged to Eli Manning but they needed to get their feelings out about team owner John Mara.

During halftime of the team’s 17-14 loss to the Atlanta Falcons in Week 3, the team retired Manning’s No. 10 jersey and during the ceremony, the team’s owner, John Mara stood up to say a few words about the Giants legendary quarterback.

The boos got so loud that Eli Manning had to seemingly ask the crowd to stop. Pretty embarrassing.

Unfortunately, Mara was met with boos from an angry fanbase, fed up with the team’s losing.

The Giants are in the midst of one of their worst stretches in franchise history. Since the start of 2017, the team is 18-49, which ties them for the worst record in the NFL alongside their neighbor’s, the New York Jets.
