Both the Kansas City Chiefs and Green Bay Packers are in-need of wide receiver help after both teams traded away their star receivers.
That has led to both teams calling the Seattle Seahawks and asking them about Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf. Per Jack Settleman, Seattle is open to listening to offers, but nothing is imminent:
If Seattle does engage in trade conversations, the price to get one (or both) would be significant.
Both Lockett and Metcalf had over 900 receiving yards this past season with 20 combined touchdowns. Lockett had the better season of the two after he finished with 1,175 yards receiving and eight touchdowns off 73 receptions.
If one of them gets traded, it would again signal that the Seahawks are in full-on teardown mode. They already traded Russell Wilson to the Broncos and are looking set to start Drew Lock next season (as of right now).
This offseason has been a wild one.
