The Arizona Cardinals lost a heartbreaker Sunday against the unbeaten Eagles, and it came on the leg of their new kicker, Matt Ammendola.
Ammendola missed a 43-yarder that would have tied the game at the end of regulation, and when he was grilled by reporters on the miss, teammate and veteran guard Justin Pugh came to his defense and interrupted the questioning, deflecting the blame to everyone instead of solely on Ammendola.
