Mike McDaniel will come under some scrutiny for the Dolphins horrendous clock management during the ‘Phins playoff loss against the Bills, and this surely won’t help.
With Miami down three and likely only time for one last drive, the Dolphins 4th & feet was turned into a 4th & 6 after a delay a game with trouble getting the play and proper personnel in, a theme for the Dolphins offense for the day.
The play was unsuccessful and forced a turnover on downs to essentially seal the game.
Perhaps McDaniels was a bit slow calling plays with the rookie head coach vaping on the sidelines mid-game.
