Lamar Jackson sent shockwaves around the NFL world when he requested a trade from the Baltimore Ravens on Monday.
The news ironically came moments before Ravens head coach John Harbaugh was scheduled to meet with the media at the NFL Owners Meetings in Arizona so you knew that would be the topic of discussion.
And it was.
Harbaugh doesn’t sound like someone that expects Jackson to be traded and neither does Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta, who actually said he was “optimistic” that a deal with Jackson could get done:
