Chiefs HC Andy Reid Apparently Has No Idea Who Jordan Love Is

The Jordan Love -era in Green Bay is set to begin after Aaron Rodgers announced his “intention” to join the New York Jets. After waiting for three years, the former No. 26 overall pick will finally be the Packers’ QB-1.

Entering his fourth year in the NFL, Love has made just one start, which came against the Kansas City Chiefs in 2021 when Aaron Rodgers was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list. At the NFL owners meetings this week, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid was asked about his thoughts on the former Nevada product.

Reid had no idea who that was.

“I’m trying to remember Jordan Love,” Reid said.

Reid was then reminded Love was the quarterback who started against Kansas City in Rodgers’ place back in 2021.

“From what I remember I thought he was good,” Reid said.
