Dan Campbell Kicked Off First Lions Training Camp Practice By Doing Up-Downs With Players

With training camp kicking off for the Detroit Lions and another NFL season on the horizon, head coach Dan Campbell had to prove he’s still in amazing shape.

The former NFL tight end played 10 seasons and 114 games in the NFL and despite turning 47 last April, is still in fantastic shape and brings all kinds of energy to every practice.

Sunday was no different as Campbell continued his budding tradition by joining his players in their up-downs:

After a great finish to the 2022-23 season, expectations are sky-high for the Lions this year. The capped off the season with a win on Sunday Night Football against the Green Bay Packers, eliminating them from playoff contention.

They will open the season on Sept. 7 against the defending-Super Bowl champion, Kansas City Chiefs on prime-time.
