REPORT: Browns TE David Njoku Sustained Burn Injuries To Face And Arms While Lighting A Firepit

Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku was added to the injury report on Saturday and is listed as questionable after he suffered burns to his face and arms in a household accident.

According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, Njoku sustained the injury while trying to light a firepit in his backyard. Njoku’s agent, Malki Kawa, posted the following on Twitter/X, “Thank you everyone for reaching out, but David njoku is ok, thank God.”

Njoku joins quarterback Deshaun Watson on the injury report. Watson is listed as questionable for the game with an injury to his right throwing shoulder.
