The Pittsburgh Steelers season ended in familiar fashion on Sunday, with a Wild Card playoff loss.
Following the 30-6 loss to the Houston Texans, Mike Tomlin was asked about a message to Steelers fans and here’s what Tomlin had to say.
“Words are cheap. It’s about what you do or you don’t do. People talk too much in our business. You either do or you don’t.”
Tomlin was also asked about his future with the Steelers.
“I’m not even in that mindset as I sit here tonight,” Tomlin told reporters. “I’m more in the mindset of what transpired in this stadium, and certainly what we did and didn’t do. Not a big-picture mentality as I sit here tonight.”
There’s chatter of Tomlin walking away from coaching and pursuing a career in television.
It’s going to be an interesting offseason in Pittsburgh..
