A legendary Steelers player is not holding back on his thoughts about the Aaron Rodgers situation.
Hall of Fame defensive back Rod Woodson, who was drafted 10th overall by the Steelers in 1987 and spent a decade of his career in Pittsburgh, says it’s time for the Steelers to “move forward” without Aaron Rodgers.
Despite GM Omar Khan and the Steelers indicating that they’d be open to having Rodgers back in the black and gold next season, Rodgers maintains that there’s been “no contract offer or anything” and that he plans on enjoying his time away from football.
Despite Woodon’s desire to get something done, there seems to be nothing imminent and the Steelers and Rodgers will spend this offseason much like they did last offseason, playing the waiting game.
