Two of the four offensive coordinators that are partaking in this week Championship Games are set to become head coaches.
According to NFL Network, Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels is expected to be named as the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts:
The #Colts have held strong with their pursuit of #Patriots OC Josh McDaniels and that is expected to be his choice when an offer comes, sources tell me and @TomPelissero.

While Minnesota Vikings offensive coordinator is expected to be named the next head coach of the New York Giants:
Source: The #Giants are targeting #Vikings OC Pat Shurmur as the top choice for their new head coach and he’s expected to accept, if offered.

McDaniels will get the opportunity to coach Andrew Luck and Shurmur will have another opportunity to groom a young quarterback with the Giants, as they own the No. 2 pick in the NFL Draft.
Regardless, neither of these moves will become official until either the Patriots and/or Vikings are eliminated or win the Super Bowl.
