“We’ve been doing this for years!” – The Chargers
There was a report last week out of Italy that due to the global outbreak of coronavirus, Italian sports teams would no longer play with fans in attendance for at least a month.
That may now be a reality for the NBA, who reportedly sent out a memo to all of it’s teams, stating that they should prepare to do the same need be.
Sources: The NBA has sent a memo to its franchises explaining that, due to coronavirus outbreak, teams should be preparing to play games without fans in attendance and identifying “essential staff” present for these games — should it be necessary.

Having sporting events go on without fans is an effort that will attempting to control or at least slow the spread of the pandemic that has spread quickly in recent weeks, with more than 100 deaths attributed to it being reported across to globe.
