Redskins Nearly Return Seahawks 2-Point Conversion On Crazy Lateral Play

Points are hard to come by in Seattle today.

During the 4th quarter of today’s Seahawks-Redskins game, the Seahawks were finally able to find the end zone and cut the lead to 10-8. The playbook obviously calls for them to go for a 2-point conversion attempt.

The attempt was almost complete disaster as Redskins S DJ Swearinger intercepted the Russell Wilson pass and nearly returned it for two points for the Redskins.

Swearinger and Josh Norman had a lateral play but ultimately were tackled short of the end zone.
