On Wednesday, Stefon Diggs was a no-show at Vikings practice and many speculated the star receiver could have demanded a trade out of Minnesota.
On Thursday, Diggs showed up to work and addressed the media. He claimed he hasn’t requested a trade but when asked about the rumors, Diggs gave an interesting answer:
Diggs is unsure whether or not the team will let him play on Sunday vs Giants. He’s had a slow start to the season and has voiced his displeasure with the offense and quarterback Kirk Cousims.
The 24-year-old was in the final year of his rookie contract when he agreed to a five-year extension worth $72 million with the Vikings last year.
