Many people were astonished by just how large Alabama running back Derrick Henry was when he took a picture next to former Alabama back Mark Ingram during the National Championship game a few months ago. Those people are in for another.
With Henry taking the Heisman. trophy and declaring for the NFL draft, in true player-factory style, Alabama’s running back for next season is MASSIVE.
Sophomore Bo Scarbough saw limited action last season, rushing for 100 yards in just 4 games, but then again, with a kid with the size and strength of Henry carrying the ball, he can handle the load himself. Scarbough also dealt with an injury and a suspension.
The 2014 Under Armour All-American selection stands at a towering 6’2″ which is also unheard of for a running back, weighing in 245 pounds.
