The NFL is investigating the New England Patriots to see how 11 of the 12 offensive game balls used in the AFC Championship game vs the Colts lost 16% of their air pressure, and if it was intentional of not. After confiscating video cameras from the offices of Gillette Stadium, we may now have some incriminating evidence.

        • Actually yes I do they where caught taping the defense did fuck all for us since our defense has struggled since Spygate oh and here’s another thing for your retarded self Broncos, Miami, Dallas, Giants and 49ers used spygate as well but alas you are a fucking idiot like everyone else.

        • You guys are clearly clueless about “spygate”…. What the Patriots were caught doing was PERFECTLY LEGAL and EVERY TEAM was doing it PRIOR TO 2006…. At the end of the 2005 season, all teams were told to stop. The Patriots didn’t and were punished. But, “Spygate” only affected the 1st 3 games of the 2006 season.. All those trying to discredit previous superbowls are idiots.

        • They got fined for the media overblowing it. Did Don Sterling get forced out for being racist (that everyone has known about for decades) or did he get forced because of the media? Spygate was NO different.

          • Denial of what? I’m not a Patriots fan. Fact is spygate isn’t that big of a deal. Only people who think it is, are people jealous of their success or easily convinced by media.

          • First of all, the Jaguars are a good team, the Raiders are a good team, if the Patriots don’t prepare to play either of those two “bad” teams they will lose. Second, everyone in the league tries to get an edge, should we watch game film? I mean they are filming what these guys do on every play and then studying it! Can you believe that? Do you even know why the Patriots got caught? They threw out a Jets employee who was recording them and the Jets reported the Patriots for doing the same thing the year prior in retribution that they had been aware of but did not throw out.

            It was half a million dollars because, the media circus made it a huge issue and the NFL wanted to look like they were cracking down on “cheating”. Donald Sterling in the NBA was a known racist for DECADES, yet he got forced only recently. Do you think he was forced out for being a racist (the official reason) or because the media blew it up and the NBA wanted to save it’s face?

            You know the Broncos did the same thing under Josh McDaniels, so where is the outrage over the Broncos doing it? What about the outrage that the some players on the Panthers bought steroids before the Super Bowl in 2003? How about that the Seahawks have the most PED suspensions since Pete Carroll entered the league? What about Mike Shanahan hiring a professional lip reader to read defensive signals?

            I don’t have to stop there, I could be listing this stuff all day long if I wanted to. In the NFL, everyone dips into the gray area and at the end of the day the Patriots still have to show up and play football. If they were really cheating prior to Spygate, why are Tom Brady’s best seasons AFTER Spygate? Why was he even throwing interceptions at all? Why did they go 9-7 the year after winning their first Super Bowl and miss the playoffs? It just doesn’t add up, you’re jealous and you wish your team had the best record in the NFL over the past decade and a half. It’s OK, I get it.

        • 28-0 in the 2nd half with legal balls…they’re just good…and have been for a very long time…get over it…sorry what ever team you root for isn’t good…and I’m not even a New England fan…I’m actually tired of seeing them in the post season as well…but all this stuff about being cheaters is just stupid…

        • First, NO every other team was NOT doing it. In 2006 they simplified the rule . The Pats, under direction of KRAFT and Billicheat were told to take cameras during opposing teams walk-thrus, on the day before the game, usually Sat. and tape signals and formations. If caught they were to say they were filming for ” Kraft Productions”. The hand signals were then used during the games from 2001-2007. Which Billacheat and Mangini both admitted to.Including back up QB testifying that a separate frequency was used to radio in the calls to Bradys helmet ( for those that don’t know’ NFL controls headsets and shuts off Offensive communication 15 seconds before ball is hiked)This was all released and confirmed last summer. Not to mention the book by O’leary.( horrible read but very accurate.

  13. Funny How people say the balls were only used in the first half and not the second half and not cheating. A cheat is a cheat just like oh I had an opportunity to cheat on my wife after the first time I did it and turned it down so now I am not a cheater.
