The moment James White reached across the goal line, the Lombardi Trophy was theirs and everyone knew it – except Julian Edelman apparently.

As players, coaches and media members stormed the field in celebration, the Patriots WR seemed unsure why everyone was in commotion, thinking his running back never made it into the end zone.

Edelman frantically ran around telling teammates and others to get off the field, only until coach Bill Belichick confirms to him that the call was a touchdown.
