Midway through the first quarter of today’s Big 12 showdown between the Texas Longhorns and West Virginia Mountaineers, QB Will Grier suffered a gruesome dislocated finger.
With less than five minutes to go in the first quarter, the West Virginia Mountaineers kicked off the scoring with a 1-yard touchdown run from quarterback Will Grier:

The injury knocked Grier out of the game because it’d be pretty hard to throw a football with your finger bent that way.
