The Paxton Lynch experiment is over in Denver.
John Elway and the Broncos drafted Memphis QB Paxton Lynch with the 26th overall pick in 2016 draft, but after struggling tremendously through the playing time he saw in two seasons with just four career starts, the team has released him.
After claiming QB Kevin Hogan off waivers today, Broncos are releasing former first-round pick Paxton Lynch, per source.
