Jamal Adams is one of the few bight spots left on the once promising New York Jets after Monday night.

He didn’t stop there. Adams also unfollowed them on Instagram as well as removing his team from his bio on that platform as well.

In a state of the league where players are requesting trades and being moved days later, a player rebelling against their team even if it’s as petty as removing them on social media cannot be taken lightly.
