Late in the fourth and looking to make a big play, Eagles safety Andrew Sendejo came in hot on Packers TE Robert Tonyan. Running a slant route, Tonyan ducked at the last second, causing Sendejo to launch into fellow teammate Avonte Maddox at full speed.

Maddox laid motionless on the turf for minutes and was eventually stretchered off the field in what was a scary sight.
