Garrett comes off of a disappointing 11-year tenure in Dallas, but does bring crucial experience to the Giants sideline, especially a sideline that will be led by a rookie head coach with a young, second-year quarterback under center.
Staying in the NFC East, Garrett will be calling plays against his former team twice each season.
