In an eerily similar scene to what NFL fans witnessed Saturday night when Chargers TE Donald Parham was knocked unconscious and taken off in stretcher, Teddy Bridgewater appears to have suffered a similar fate.
The Broncos QB scrambled during Sunday’s game against the Bengals, and upon impact with the ground, fumbled the ball and laid motionless.
Bridgewater was taken off on a backboard and cart, and was taken to a local hospital with what’s been diagnosed as a head injury.
Drew Lock has entered as backup QB.
