Jets QB Zach Wilson Doesn’t Believe He Let Defense Down During Game vs Patriots

The New York Jets, despite being in the midst of one of their best seasons in years, still can’t beat the New England Patriots.

On Sunday, the Jets offense mustarded just three points and had a total of two yards on offense in the second half. Their quarterback, Zach Wilson, completed 9-of-22 passes for just 77 yards and averaged just a depressing 3.5 yards per attempt.

Meanwhile the Jets defense was as dominant as ever, holding the Jets offense to just three points all game. The lone touchdown came in the final seconds of the game when the Patriots returned a punt for a touchdown.

After the game, Wilson had the chance to take some blame for the horrible offensive performance and lets just say.. he didn’t:

This probably won’t go over well in New York.
