The NFL Draft is an annual conveyer belt of nearly two decades of blood sweat and tears coming to fruition for 259 young men, and of course their parents too.
But it meant just a tad bit more for one dad whose son was drafted, because he had a little something to do with it.
Kansas State RB Deuce Vaughn was selected by the Cowboys on Saturday, and it just so happens that his father is a scout for the team. His interaction with his son telling him he’s about to be selected by Dallas and Mr. Vaughn’s subsequent reaction to hearing his name get called is the coolest thing you’ll see today.
