REPORT: 15 People Who Attended Dolphins-Chiefs Game Were Hospitalized With Hypothermia And Frostbites

The subzero degree temperatures in Kansas City last Saturday night during their AFC Wild Card Playoff Game got the best of some fans.

According to FOX4 Kansas City, 15 fans were sent to a local hospital because either having a severe cold, hypothermia or frostbite.

Temperatures were in the negatives at kickoff while the fee-like temperature was around -30, making it the third coldest game in NFL history.

The Chiefs ended up winning the game, 26-7, to advance to the AFC Divisional Round where they will meet the Buffalo Bills. It will be the first road game Patrick Mahomes has played in his career and the third meeting between the two teams in the Patrick Mahomes-Josh Allen era.
