Cardinals Had To Close Stadium Roof In Middle Of Game After It Starts Hailing

The Arizona Cardinals knew that there was rain in the forecast during Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears but decided to keep the roof open at State Farm Stadium.

And just like the meteorologists predicted, it starting raining during the second quarter. Not only that, but there was some hail too.

The Bears should have been OK with it. It’s not unusual to have bad weather in Chicago. They probably just never expected to be dodging raindrops and hail in Arizona.

The Cardinals lead the Bears, 7-6.
