Raiders Have ‘No Plans’ To Trade Maxx Crosby Ahead Of Trade Deadline

Despite the speculation about his availability, the Las Vegas Raiders have no plans to trade super star edge rusher Maxx Crosby ahead of the Nov. 10 trade deadline, Adam Schefter reports.

Schefter adds that Crosby has no desire to switch teams, and the Raiders front office shares that sentiment, currently holding no trade discussions with other teams about their defensive cornerstone.

“Maxx is completely committed to finishing his career in Las Vegas and has zero interest in leaving,” an insider revealed.”Ideally, he wants to be a Raider for life.”

The organization echoes that long-term vision, though recent blockbuster moves by teams like the Seattle Seahawks, San Francisco 49ers, and Chicago Bears prove that the NFL landscape can shift rapidly. It is worth noting that last offseason, the Baltimore Ravens nearly landed Crosby in exchange for two first-round picks, but the trade collapsed after he failed his physical.

For now, Las Vegas (3-4) is entirely focused on winning games. As they head into Sunday’s matchup against the New York Jets in at MetLife Stadium, a victory would push them to the .500 mark in November for the first time since 2020. The team is leaning heavily on Crosby to disrupt opposing offenses and fuel a strong second-half push.
